Josh Durrenberger

Josh joined Seagate in 2019 during the acquisition of The Harbors office project in Sausalito. He brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and engineering. Josh is a creative problem solver with a variety of trade experience.

Having previously worked as an engineer in numerous facilities, including Class-A properties, Academic, and Mid-Rise buildings, he also served as project manager for many tenant and capital improvements.

Josh received his California Real Estate Salesperson licenses in 2017, shortly after he was promoted to Property Manager for The Harbors. He and his wife lived in New York City for five years before relocating to the Bay Area in 2004.

Originally from PA, Josh enjoys traveling and hiking, especially to his favorite locations in Hawaii and Montana.
