Luke joined the Seagate team in early 2025 as Facility Manager for The Harbors in Sausalito, bringing a wealth of expertise in both construction and residential real estate management. With over 25 years in the construction industry and 12+ years managing residential properties, he combines hands-on contracting skills with a strategic approach to property oversight.
A longtime San Francisco resident, Luke and his family later embraced the slower pace of Sonoma County, where they enjoy cooking, exploring scenic trails, and making the most of their more rural surroundings. His deep understanding of both urban and countryside living gives him a unique perspective in managing coastal properties like The Harbors.
