
Dennis Fisco
Dennis has been a Principal with Seagate since the expansion of its San Francisco office in 1984 with responsibility for legal matters and oversight of asset management and financial operations. He brings over four decades of commercial real estate experience, having participated in more than $2.0 billion of development and redevelopment projects, including complex LEED-certified and OSHPD facilities.
He previously served as an elected Councilman and two-term Mayor of the City of Mill Valley, California, underscoring his leadership and governance experience. Prior to joining Seagate, Dennis served as President of Flexible Pipe Company in Houston, Texas, an underground utility contractor specializing in industrial and municipal systems.
Dennis earned a B.A. in Political Philosophy from Case Western Reserve University and a J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law. He is a licensed attorney and an active member of the State Bars of Ohio, Texas, Colorado, and California, and a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Dennis’s commitment to his community is reflected in his civic involvement. He was honored as Mill Valley Citizen of the Year (2006) and Mill Valley Business Citizen of the Year (2023). He serves as a founding member and current President of the Sweetwater Music Hall, an emeritus board member of the Mount Tamalpais School, and a Visiting Committee Emeritus member of the Hawken School in Ohio. He is also a former two-term President and Honorary Member of the Mill Valley Tennis Club, and a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Lambda Alpha International.
