San Rafael, California, October 20, 2023 — Seagate Properties, Inc. announced today that Bonnie Kalbrosky has been elected to the BOMA-SF Board of Directors. She will serve a three-year term and will meet monthly to oversee the Building Owners and Managers Association of San Francisco’s activities. Each Board Member acts as a liaison to a BOMA Committee, which Bonnie will also oversee during her term.

Kalbrosky has over 29 years of experience managing Class A high-rise office buildings in San Francisco. Her position as General Manager – San Francisco has her overseeing management of a portfolio that includes two buildings that are 95+ years old. Currently, her main focus is 400 Howard Street, a Class A office building occupied by a major global investment management corporation.
