Seagate Properties Hosts Association of Commercial Real Estate Developer’s Showcase

Sacramento, CA, October 27, 2023 – Members of the Seagate Properties’ Sacramento team hosted a table at ACRE’s 2023 Developer’s Showcase in Sacramento. This annual event focuses on providing real estate owners, developers, and construction companies with a platform to introduce their projects to the real estate community. This year over 600 people attended, including Seagate Properties, who displayed its Sacramento based properties for tenants, landlords, brokers, and vendors to review while responding to questions about the properties. Visitors were provided brochures and floor plans of current projects along with an umbrella to protect them through the upcoming winter months.
