Alfred joined the Seagate team in 2022 after returning from Asia where he managed office properties in Singapore and Malaysia for several years.
He currently supports a portfolio consisting of three San Francisco office buildings, 400 Howard, 640 Second Street and 619-621 Sansom Street.
Alfred is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and holds a MS degree in Real Estate Finance & Development from New York University. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
