
Carolyn Michaelis
Carolyn joined Seagate in 2026 to oversee the operations and strategic direction of 400 Howard at Foundry Square in San Francisco. She brings more than a decade of experience managing commercial office, retail, residential, and life science properties throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Carolyn builds high-performing teams and focuses on delivering exceptional tenant experiences. Properties under her leadership have earned The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award from BOMA, recognizing excellence in building management and operations.
Carolyn holds a BA from California State University, Sacramento, and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University. She is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and holds both CPM® and RPA® designations. She stays active with BOMA San Francisco, where she currently serves as Co-Vice Chair of the DEI Committee. Carolyn is also a member of IREM and AAPI Commercial Professionals of America.
