Cheryl Forshee

Cheryl joined Seagate in 2022 as a Property Manager for the Atrium building in San Mateo and the Warm Springs Industrial Park in Fremont.  She has been involved in the real estate industry for over 18 years with experience managing diverse projects of commercial, retail, and industrial R&D buildings.  Prior to working in this industry, she oversaw operations of a small chain of retail stores, and somewhere in between was a stay-at-home Mom for 13 years overseeing the operations of a household, four children and a dog.  

Cheryl has been a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson since 2009 and earned her RPA designation through BOMI International in 2019.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with family, especially her six grandchildren.
