Chetta Sinclair

Chetta joined the Seagate team in 2022 to oversee the Sacramento and Reno/Sparks based assets. With over 26 years experience in the real estate industry of asset, facility and property management, leasing, construction, acquisitions, dispositions, repositioning distressed assets and development, her extensive experience in commercial leasing and developing innovative marketing programs, coupled with her background in corporate real estate management provides her with a valuable perspective and understanding of the important legal and financial aspects in commercial deal-making and real estate operations.

Previously Chetta was Senior Director with Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield and prior to that, Director of Panattoni Properties, Inc. in Sacramento. She hold a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management and Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento.
