Claudia Lepulu

Claudia joined the Seagate Team in 2023, managing The Harbors office project in Sausalito. She is a seasoned commercial property manager with a strong background in managing a diverse portfolio of real estate projects of commercial, industrial, R&D, and office buildings. In her prior roles, Claudia demonstrated leadership in a various capital improvement projects and operational efficiency, where she has consistently achieved high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.

Claudia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies with a focus on Graphic Design from San Jose State University. She is currently pursuing her California Real Estate Salesperson license. In her spare time, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family and hiking the outdoors.
