Joe Rusbarsky

Joe is an advisor to Seagate Realty Advisors, LLC.  Prior to joining Seagate in 2019, Joe worked in strategy consulting, product development, business development and operational roles for 29 years for some of the leading investment management firms in the United States, including Capital Guardian, Oppenheimer Capital and PIMCO. His most recent role was Managing Director for a mortgage investment firm.

Prior to his business career, Joe served as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers, including as a military aide in the Reagan White House.

Joe graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1983) with a BS in Nuclear Physics and from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (1990) with an MBA. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) from the CFA Institute and has served on various school and private organization boards.
