Kevin Rypma

Kevin joined Seagate in 2026 as Property Manager, overseeing retail and office projects in San Rafael, including Montecito Plaza Shopping Center, Grand Landing, and the Rafael North Properties project. A licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, he brings more than a decade of experience in commercial property management and facilities operations.  Kevin’s strong operational background includes experience building tenant relations, budgeting, capital improvements, vendor management, and day‑to‑day operations.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology from Grand Valley State University and holds a certification in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing drums with local music acts and working on his vintage Corvette.
