Krista Finsterbusch

Krista joined Seagate in 2022 assisting two of Seagate’s Sacramento properties known as The Senator and 925 L Street. She brings several years experience in commercial real estate, having previously supported a large institutional office portfolio consisting of 75% State of California tenants in Sacramento. There, Krista was involved in handling all tenant and vendor relationships while supporting the administrative and accounting teams.  Prior to her work in real estate, she has many years customer service and managerial experience in both the retail and hospitality industries.

Krista earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento.  She is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and is certified in Foundations in Real Estate Management through BOMA International.
