Misael brings 13 years of dedicated building-maintenance expertise to the Seagate team. Based at the 3030 Bridgeway property in Sausalito, his primary mission is to ensure the building operates reliably, efficiently, and safely.

His wide-ranging responsibilities include daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections, from roof-leak detection and landscaping upkeep to alarm-system testing, water-filter replacement, and interior window cleaning, while overseeing timely repairs and maintenance. Above all, he keeps the property spotless, fully functional, and tenant-ready at all times.

Tenants consistently praise his prompt responsiveness, strong work ethic, and friendly professionalism. Outside of work, Misael enjoys spending time with his family.
