Nick Swatek
Property Accountant
Nick joined the Seagate team in 2019 bringing over twelve years of real estate accounting experience ranging from construction to home ownership associations to property management.
He received his Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro. Nick is a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force having served in both Europe and Asia. He has traveled the world and enjoys walking the woodlands of Marin in his free time.
