Roshnie Narayan
In 2022, Roshnie joined Seagate as General Manager and brings extensive experience in office and industrial property management, specifically in operations, financial accounting, lease administration, and tenant relations. Currently, she is overseeing two of Seagate’s high-rise properties in Downtown Sacramento, consisting of a combined total of 336,000 SF and over 80 tenants, known as The Senator Building and 925 L Street.
Roshnie previously worked on a large institutional office portfolio throughout Sacramento, which was 75% occupied by State of California tenants and was involved in all financial reporting, tenant and building improvements coupled with day-to-day operations. She has also managed a 21-building industrial project. Roshnie began her property management career twenty-one years ago at Cushman & Wakefield, assisting in the operations of a 500,000 SF office project consisting of a 10-building complex. There, she was responsible for ensuring effective contracting of services, assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and reconciliations, monthly financial reports, administering tenant leases, and coordinating tenant calls.
Roshnie received a BA in Psychology from the University of Davis, is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, a LEED Green Associate member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in Sacramento, where she contributes her time working on the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee.
