This historically significant building was initially constructed in 1867 and is on the National Register of Historical Buildings and is located in the Jackson Square/Barbary Coast Historical District of San Francisco. This two-story front brick building is typical of many buildings located in the District. Known as the Ghiradelli Annex, it maintains the prominent façade, flush with the sidewalk, that was common to many of the pre-1906 earthquake buildings.
