Seagate Properties, Inc., a real estate investment and development firm, founded in 1969, is a general partnership comprised of Wick Polite, Dennis P. Fisco, Mark Polite, Trent Isgrig. In addition to the partners, Mike Kamm is one of its Principals. Seagate was formed to provide private investors and institutional and pension clients with hands-on performance and client oriented real estate investment, asset management and property management expertise in major Western metropolitan markets.
The firm has proven real estate capabilities with over 108 years of combined real estate, acquisition, development, management and disposition experience, primarily from an ownership and investor’s perspective. In addition, Seagate provides an important link to capital sources and is actively involved in the property acquisition, development, management; business consultation and support services for these activities, including design and construction supervision, legal review and complete leasing and sales negotiations. Seagate places a high priority on direct principal involvement and highly personalized attention and therefore limits the number of clients or projects it accepts.
